Estate, Trust & Distribution of Assets

I prepare retrospective and current market value appraisals for estate settlement, probate proceedings, trust administration, and distribution of real property assets. These assignments often require valuations as of a specific historical effective date (date of death) to support stepped-up basis reporting and compliance with IRS requirements.
